Really? P orsche SUV? Are you CRAZY? Nope. Porsche is co-developing a "MAC" (Multi Activity Cruiser… shades of "PT?") with VW. VW’s will be tagged the "Colorado", while Porsche’s is the "Cayenne." While mechanical underpinnings of the two will be the same, the bodies, interiors, and engines will differ. 0 – to – 60 should really be "hot" if you pick the optional 450-hp 4.5-liter V8 Biturbo (YOW!) in the Cayenne. But the other engine choices are not exactly econo-jobs; a 232-hp 3.2-liter 6-cylinder and a 336-hp 4.5-liter V8. Call the doctor!

For Sure! 2001
Passat? Or 2001 Passat? Interesting to know that, if you purchase a 2001 Passat,
you will either get the 2001 (early) version, which is basically a 2000. OR, if
you wait, you can purchase the 2001 (late) Passat, which is substantially
redesigned; including fractions of an inch in length, wheel-base, and width;
plus 2135 new parts. It has more chrome; a different grill, bumpers, hood,
trunk, wheels and side & tail lights. Weight? Up about 150 lbs. Inside, it
has new cupholders and storage bins, plus a new center armrest. Electronics? How
about an immobilizer theft deterrent system and homelink universal transceiver.
It is also to have increased structural rigidity and reduced panel gaps
