No to "Colorado"- Maybe because GM owns the "Colorado" S-10 badge, VW has elected to abandon that tag for its 2003 SUV. Repeating myself, this "Colorado-Not" SUV is built on the same platform as its hot brother, the Porsche Cayenne. Looks like another $30,000 base & twice that for the top of the line, trail burning 395 HP W12. Can you say "Brataslava, Slovokia?" That is where this Vdub will be built.

Cabrio GLX – A popular weekly magazine is recommending you opt for something bigger than the 2.0L, 115 HP automatic in the VW Cabrio. "Drag" is the term used. How cruel! Trouble is, the 2.0L is the only engine option. So, maybe the 5-Speed is the answer. Plus, you save almost a thousand on the MSRP. With some cool breezes, maybe "cruising" speed is what you really want, anyway.
